Join us for a Fit and Happy Social: A visit to Brindisa in Balham for their open day. Brindisa founder and owner Monika is one of our regular Nordic Walkers, and she has invited us to come to the open day of her shop in Balham. Monika will be in the shop all day to share her enthusiasm for the lovely Spanish cheeses and food.

Let us go taste their Spanish cheese and charcuterie. This way we can support Monika and her incredible business, hang out together and enjoy some amazing food, all at once!

(I am timing this so I can go after our walk in Brockwell Park on Friday morning, but if you cannot make it at 1, you can go until 7 pm, there will be homemade Spanish bites and Sangria between 5-7 pm)
